i had an really good experience because of the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. every staff member ensured my comfort and satisfaction. soda (the front desk manager) and jumper constantly checked on me. soda assisted me with recommendations and things to do. she.
the ac in my room was very noisy, and it got worse at night with a faulty motor sound that disrupted my sleep. the front desk promptly changed my room. however, the second room's bathroom had a foul smell, discomforting.

the breakfast was GREAT. i appreciated the variety of dishes available. the location IS superb, near many central areas. the staff WAS friendly and helpful, especially soda who checked me in, I love this hotel.
one evening, i noticed that the variety of food at dinner was less diverse. the selection was minimal and seemed unprepared. i wish THERE were more consistent offerings throughout my stay.

mixed feelings about my stay

accessible locationnoisy ac unitunpleasant smell
the location was acceptable for accessing transportation and shopping areas.
the air conditioning unit in my room was problematic. it emitted a loud, disruptive sound all night making sleep difficult. there was also a disturbing smell emanating from the bathroom. this odor was unpleasant and created a negative impression.
